We were recently invited to the U.S. Embassy in London to help celebrate 250 years of the United States, at an evening dedicated to American food, drink and agriculture, and to the people who bring it to the UK.
It was a privilege to be part of Savor the States, a warm and memorable evening spent among partners, producers and friends from across the industry.
Despite a characteristically British turn in the weather, the evening was warm, lively and wonderful from start to finish.
